How to Play Parchisi STAR

Objective: The aim of Parchisi STAR is to successfully move all your tokens from your starting area around the board to your designated home zone at the center, before your competitors do.

Setup:

• Parchisi accommodates either 2 or 4 players, each with their unique colored tokens (typically 4 tokens per player).
• The board features a track composed of 68 spaces, which includes 12 dark safe spaces.
• All tokens start in their respective nests or initial areas.

Gameplay:

• Players take turns rolling a pair of dice to decide how many spaces they can advance their tokens.
• Tokens progress in a clockwise direction along the track, moving purposefully toward the center.
• To initiate movement of a token from the nest, a player must roll either a 5 or a 6.
• Tokens must traverse the precise number of spaces rolled to land on the central end space. If a rolled number exceeds the requirement, the token remains stationary, and the turn shifts to the next player.
• Players can eliminate opposing tokens by landing on the same space, sending knocked-out tokens back to their starting area.

Special Spaces:

• Safe Spaces: Tokens positioned on dark safe spaces are safeguarded against being knocked out by rival players.
• Home Stretch: After a token completes a full lap around the board, it proceeds along its home route towards the central end space.

Winning:
